Q3, a manufacturer of plastic injection molded products and stamped components, assemblies and modules for the Automotive, Truck, Bus and Heavy Vehicle Industries is certified to the ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality standards. Q3 uses a "cell" managing structure, that is, individuals are grouped into teams, called cells, to produce a particular line of products). The cells at Q3 facilities have been formed around product lines and/or common processes. As a result, there are cells for the following operations: Molding, Automatic Stamping, Manual Stamping, Welding Assembly, Automatic Assembly, Manual Assembly, Metal Finishing and Service Support Assembly.
