Q3, a manufacturer of plastic injection molded products and stamped components, assemblies and modules for the Automotive, Truck, Bus and Heavy Vehicle Industries is certified to the ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality standards. It is the policy of Q3 to deliver services and manufacture products that will competitively meet its customers' quality and specification requirements. It is the responsibility of each and every team member of Q3 to do his or her best to achieve this goal.

Q3's emphasis on Quality is embodied within its name. Q3 stands for "Quality People providing Quality Products for Quality Customers."

Q3 uses a "cell" managing structure, that is, individuals are grouped into teams, called cells, to produce a particular line of products). The cells at Q3 facilities have been formed around product lines and/or common processes. As a result, there are cells for the following operations: Molding, Automatic Stamping, Manual Stamping, Welding Assembly, Automatic Assembly, Manual Assembly, Metal Finishing and Service Support Assembly. Q3, through its continuous improvement philosophy strives to meet its customer requirements for Price, Quality, Delivery, Service and Technology, each and every day.
